This experience that I have created for you is going to be something that allows you to slump back into your chair, reflect on you, and allow your nervous system to slow - even for the busiest mum.  As busy mothers we find it hard to take time to be mindful and tap into stress relief, but the beautiful and unique opportunity to dedicate time for creative writing, journaling and connecting with other like-minded mothers is here. My online journaling workshop for mothers allows you to BE in safe company while perhaps learning a thing or two about the incredibly profound act of journaling! This is going to give you the gift of time, because I think there are too many of us that are guilty of not carving it out for ourselves - this is the ultimate journaling for busy mums session.

As an alternative to my full in-person journaling workshop for the busy mother, I’ve created a near enough experience for 1.5 - 2 hours via Zoom instead of the full 3 hour in person journaling and mindfulness workshop. Let’s tap into stress relief for mothers, creative writing and mindfulness for the busy mum and start journaling together.

I’ll take you through some heart-led exercises to really dig deep into our subconscious that will allow our hearts and pen to flow + some other things that I have prepared for you.

‘I absolutely loved the ambience and the vibe to just be ourselves and connect not only with ourselves but also to each other. I loved Renee’s kindness and vulnerability.
